Diamond Head Hiking Tour (Unescorted)

The most famous volcanic crater in the world is Diamond Head. located on the South-East Coast of O’ahu at the end of Waikiki, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It was originally named “Leahi” by the ancient Hawaiians. The name means “Brow Of The Tuna” and looking at the silhouette of the crater from Waikiki, you can see the resemblance. Diamond Head is a crater that has been extinct for 150,000 years. The crater is 3,520 feet in diameter with a 760-foot summit.

Diamond Head will take about 1 and 1/2 hours. When you get to the top, enjoy the amazing scenery of Honolulu and east side of O’ahu. The bus will pick you up from Diamond head and will take you into Hawaii Kai to the beautiful Hanauma Bay for snorkeling. You will pick up your snorkel equipment from our shop in Hawaii Kai & head to  Hanauma Bay from there.

Hanauma Bay Snorkeling Adventure (Unescorted)

Tour Itinerary:

7:00-7:30am- Waikiki Hotel Pick Up

8:00am- Diamond Head Arrival

9:30am- Diamond Head Departure

9:50am- Arrive to HOP Snorkel Shop In Hawaii Kai (Gear Pick Up)

10:30am – Hanauma Bay Arrival

*** You may choose from two pick up times from Hanauma Bay- 1:15pm or 2:45pm.

If you choose the 1:15pm pick-up from Hanauma Bay:

- Depart from HOP snorkel shop at 1:30 & arrive back to Waikiki around 2:30pm

If you choose the 2:45 pick-up from Hanauma Bay:

- Depart from HOP snorkel shop at 3:00 & arrive back to Waikiki around 4:00pm.

 Please note that Hanauma Bay is closed on Tuesdays!
